Israel founded Committed after a decade leading production-critical AI engineering across healthcare, logistics, and government. He works at the hinge between strategy and delivery - scoping architecture with customers in the morning, reviewing CI the same afternoon. His guiding principle: the tooling is the easy part.

Ravit leads Committed's scientific depth. PhD in computational biomedical informatics, with prior research at Tel Aviv University and collaborations across Israeli hospital networks. She owns the clinical accuracy bar on every healthcare engagement - protocol RAG, SOAP-note generation, relapse prediction - and keeps our Hebrew clinical vocabularies honest.

Lior Spigler

Lior owns the platform layer at Committed. Kubernetes and distributed-systems native, she previously scaled cloud infrastructure at a public Israeli tech company through three orders of magnitude of traffic. Her job is to make sure our agent systems keep their SLAs under real production load.

Dr. Or Anidjar

Or leads our applied research - voice AI, Hebrew NLP, and agent evaluation. PhD in machine learning from Ben-Gurion University. She ran the Whisper + Dicta fine-tuning program that put Committed's Hebrew clinical ASR into production, and she keeps our prompt-eval harness honest across every shipped model change.

Doron runs customer delivery. Two decades shipping programs in regulated environments - defense, healthcare, financial services. He's the reason our government engagements land on schedule, with clean Landing Zone documentation and a pen-test pass at first attempt.

Nerya Bigon

Nerya leads design and product across Committed's delivery portfolio. Background in consumer + enterprise design (ex-Mobileye, ex-Wix). She owns the accessibility discipline - every interface we ship passes 5568 and WCAG 2.1 AA before it leaves the studio, because retrofitting it at compliance review is the most expensive kind of rework.

Yossi owns the infrastructure + compliance posture. AWS Landing Zone specialist with deep experience in Israeli government cloud standards. He architects the security boundary, runs our pen-test coordination, and is the person a CISO wants in the room on day one of every RFP response.
